I took the last couple of days off work, and I used the opportunity to catch up on my brewing. I managed to bottle the Highland Hard Apple Cider last weekend, so I took to the Winter Brown on Monday. Things were perhaps a bit of a mixed bag.
My home brewing hobby is foremost in my mind these days, as I try to get a few sessions in as autumn turns to winter. I’m also trying to sharpen my skills, get to a point where I’m more method than madness, and ensure consistent results.
