We’ve been back for several days now, and I’m nearly readjusted to the time change. Overall, this was an incredible trip, and I can only hope you enjoy reading about it as much as I’m going to enjoy recalling the last few days (and going back and reading this in the future). Hotel reservations are made, flights have been arranged, ship boarding passes are printed, and we are ready for Seattle and Alaska … although we still have that little Williamsburg trip in about a month. Generally speaking, Gina and I take two “vacations” in a year, and maybe a couple of smaller trips. Obviously, we like traveling, and we feel very lucky to be able to do so. Unlike Gina, I also like the process of researching and planning our trips. It works out well, but this year, it’s been a little trickier than normal.
